   wow, this restaurant was so poppin i’m so glad we made a reservation! the covered patio was such a lovely place to sit and eat, very calm vibes compared to how busy it looked inside. our waiter was so nice and friendly, everything came out super fast and was delicious! we got the seasonal beets with ricotta which was so good, and of course the steak and mashed potatoes were incredible too. definitely recommend!

   We had the best experience at The Cork. Ryan took great care of us, he was very friendly and attentive. I had the special of grilled Salmon with the fresh beets and it was so so good. Prepared perfectly! My husband had the petite filet and it was perfectly prepared to his liking. They should put those beets on the menu with the other sides. We both look forward to next time.

   Steaks, veggies and potatoes were perfect. Birthday brownie super good. Tiramisu was average at best. Could not taste any rum. Mixed drinks were very well executed. Service was not up to the caliber of the restaurant. Had to get up a few times to ask for service.

   Visiting from out of town and went to the restaurant based on good online reviews. Service was great... and that's about it. I had the jalapeño margarita and a glass of red wine -- both below average. I sent the margarita back and they didn't charge for it. But I did pay for a terrible bread basket -- the edges were hard, difficult to eat. The salmon came out undercooked - they fixed the problem, but it took too long and everyone else at the table had already finished their entrees. They gave us one free dessert for the salmon mishap. The only good entree was the bacon-wrapped filet mignon, but wished the sides were more generous. I wouldn't visit again.

   Best dinner of the vacation! Excellent service by our server, Matt. He was efficient, professional yet fun, and very accommodating. Our table of four ordered the 1) Salmon with lemon, caper sauce along with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus (and he is still talking about it). 2) our friends split the 14oz Ribeye special with baked potato and asparagus and loved it. 3) I ordered the appetizer Crab cake as my entree because I wanted dessert! We shared the Mud pie and Bourbon bread pudding and both were delicious. Wish we could’ve tried the Carrot cake, too! Maybe next time!! Keep up the good work!

   This is a great restaurant. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a peaceful evening with amazing food. I had the bacon wrapped bison fillet and it was perfect. Melted in my mouth

    Our dinners were fantastic. My wife and I both had the 8 oz bacon wrapped bison filet. It was the best bison filet we’ve ever had - cooked to perfection! We frequently have bison, elk and/or venison so we are well experienced in judging these types of meats. We also had the crab cake as an appetizer. It too was delicious. Service was outstanding!
