Food was fair Staff inattentive and we had to ask at least once for everything, rather than being offered. Afternoon tea took 35 mins to arrive despite being booked and was delivered without teas and coffees. When trying to catch servers eyes they generally failed to look towards our table, but we were not on our own. Not even a thank you, hope you enjoyed your afternoon and have a safe onward journey after we paid. It appeared that they did not care. £400 was too much to pay for the very poor level of service offered and delivered. Management need to change the attitude of the staff. Arrived back at our hotel and within minutes we had drinks and snacks, free of charge delivered by honestly amazing servers in the Sheraton.

A nice place for dinner. Excellent services, live music, high standard of foods. Very relax and enjoyable. We are sure to go back for lunch or dinner again.

Thoroughly disappointed. Serving staff rushing us to finish and whole experience spoilt when a mouse ran under our feet.

Not a patch on the afternoon tea from the Waldorf Astoria/Peacock Alley as it used to be before changing to The Court. Nice new decor and ambience. Would go for drinks but I'll not be back for afternoon tea.

Our first visit and we really enjoyed it. Menu had a good choice. Alcohol a bit pricey but expect this in such a beautiful setting. Only thing I didn’t like was the 12.5% service charge. We always leave a tip for good food and good service but I do object to it being added to the bill. Would recommend

Food was very nice, but pricey. Service was slow, with no apologies for the wait. Tables very close together. Despite the restaurant being only a third full, they tried to squeeze us in between two other couples. I asked for a better table and was told no problem, why not just give us a good table in the first place? I advised it was our 20 year anniversary when i booked, and someone called a week in advance to check this. But on the day there were no nice wishes, no good table (as already mentioned), not even a candle in the dessert. Very poor. Given the price, it just didnt feel special. I doubt we'll be back.
