Delicious sandwiches, wine and coffee However, completely shocked at the cost!! 2 x sandwiches 1 x very small bowl chips 2 x coffee 2x large wines and 2 x small £88!!!!!! We only wanted lunch not the cost of a full evening out. To be honest we split the bill between 2 and had thought that our halves were for the full amount!! £10 fir sandwich was acceptable but £66 fir 2 coffees and 4 glasses of wine?? Ridiculous, Wont be going back

Much better than run of the mill pub food. Makes you want to go back to try the rest of the menu. Felt like a proper pub. Will visit again.

We booked for 5pm and when we arrived the servers were really friendly and gave us the pizza menu and the Sunday Al a carte menu, we opted to sit outside so when we came in to order shortly after we were suprised to hear that they were no longer serving the Al a carte food. Our booking was at 5pm which happens to be when they stop this menu so we were confused as to why we received this menu. We then opted to have pizza as we were enjoying sitting outside in the sun and it was a lovely atmosphere, they took a long time to arrive which is fine as they’re fresh however all 3 were hard and burnt at the bottom which made them not worth the wait. We would like to return and try again however it was disappointing as a special occasion meal.

Another lovely Sunday lunch. Roast lamb and all the trimmings. By far the best roast dinner around these parts. I wouldn’t normally want a roast at this time of year but can’t imagine ever turning a Cricketers Inn roast down, no matter the weather. An additional bonus was the live band in the barn pavilion. A lovely atmosphere on a very sunny day.
