Located in the historic town of Kenilworth in the heart of Warwickshire, The Cross is an award-winning pub that combines Michelin-starred food with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

Under the guidance of chef-director Adam Bennett, we have held a Michelin star for over nine years and are proud to boast three AA Rosettes. We received a Good Food Award Gold Seal in 2021.

The Cross is housed in a Grade II listed 19th-century inn and has been sympathetically restored to retain its heritage alongside contemporary touches that make it a fabulous place to enjoy great food, a casual atmosphere and informal but attentive service.

Our main dining room is a former school room that leads to a cosy and welcoming bar - previously a butcher's shop.

Another dining room overlooks the pass, where guests can glimpse the team of chefs busily at work.

We have a green and spacious pub garden, perfect for aperitifs, cocktails and post-dinner drinks.

Everything we would have hoped for plus a little bit extra. All staff were attentive and they went that extra mile by recognising it was our anniversary. The food was the best we have ever had. Thanks to everyone at The Cross.

our meal to celebrate our Anniversary at the Cross today was very special. The food the service the ambiance could not be bettered. We had a great experience

Visited the Cross with neighbours as a treat to celebrate Christmas. Superb food and atmosphere. This place keeps on delivering year on year and never disappoints. If you’re looking for somewhere special that serves beautifully cooked food in a lovely atmosphere then look no further. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

This was our first visit, to celebrate a special birthday. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was faultless. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the service was prompt, courteous and discreet and we were even able to thank the chef, Adam, before leaving. It was a very special, memorable and wonderful occasion and we would highly recommend The Cross to everyone. We will definitely be back!
