They didn’t seem to have the OpenTable screen on the hostess desk I asked about getting checked in she said that her manager will not be using OpenTable I said you better inform open table Because the day before the reservation I received a email asking if I still was going to be there and of course I replied yes

We waited 30 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. Once the waitress came over ahe was very nice and the food was very good.

Overall, a nice place near the beach, but open table reservations don't work, and even though I called to confirm myself, they still messed up the reservation when we got there. The food however was good. We ordered grilled mahi and the tuna poke appetizer for our main courses. The tuna poke was quite large and very good, but a little too much fruit. The tuna portion itself was good enough. The grilled fish was great. However, when the check came, turns out the fish was grouper, not the mahi we thought we ordered (ugh, oh well, the grouper was quite tasty).

My husband and I had lunch at the Crow’s Nest during our recent visit to New Smyrna. I had the taco salad and he had the fish in chips. My tortilla bowl was soggy so our server offered to bring a new one or to give me tortilla chips. I opted for the chips and they were hot and crisp. Everything else was to our liking and service was excellent.

The hostess had no record of our reservation thru Open Table. Had to show her my email confirmation. Green bean fries app was not hot. But tasty. The rest was good.

Service was good and food was standard beach food. Shrimp tacos were undercooked but were quickly fixed.

Everyone working there greeted and talked to our group. Server checked back often to make sure we were taken care of. Food was served hot and delicious and we weren’t rushed to order. Relaxed and had a nice dinner and drinks. Half price happy hour appetizers were a bargain! Holiday dinner with family and friends and hostess helped me with my bags as we were leaving. Loved it!!

I think we lucked out with it not being a busy night. The food and service was great! I can imagine how crowded it must get when the weather is good.

We had a wonderful time. If you have the opportunity to dine while Gypsy Elise is in house musicians make your reservation tonight. You will not be disappointed. Fabulous food, fabulous staff, great frozen drinks , Phenomenal music. I property manage locally beachside bungalows & I will def put on must do list for all my guest. Thank you for a wonderful evening. I look forward to dining with you again.
