The Culinary Academy is Noosa's leading Commercial Cookery and Hospitality training institution. Visit Culinary Noosa, the open-to-the-public training restaurant for a quality meal at a great price!

Our weekly menu is designed to match the student's learning outcomes and to evaluate specific skills.
We often offer at least 2 options to choose from.

Currently, we do not have a vegetarian option on the menu, but we will introduce one as soon as the training curriculum allows it.

*Due to the busyness and rush at payment time, there is now a "Sorry, no split bills" policy.

          Fantastic value. Delicious food but not hot enough. Heating the plates would help. Service is good maybe a little too fast. Nice to have a break in between courses. Young chefs in training and doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

          Fantastic value and great to support students in training. All three courses were presented simply and beautifully, perfect portions and great flavours. Service is very casual and probably more students that needed for the service numbers. Our waiter was friendly, helpful and did well. Overall, it is a training restaurant and well worth supporting and great value for money. Will be back and probably tomorrow for the cocktail session! Support future hospitality students and local business

          A wonderful concept. Great to experience the enthusiasm of the trainees. An excellent menu and a very well prepared dinner. We will be back.

          We enjoyed our night. Staff were attentive, but needed to know what they were offering, eg what confit was, nice they waited until ALL were finished eating before taking away plates, and double-checked wine glasses were finished before taking them away (a glass with a tiny sip left). A lovely spur-of-the-moment vegetarian meal was created for a friend with us. Mentioned noisy due to rain keeping doors closed which kept the noise inside. Will go back. Brilliant training ground for students. Will go back and will suggest it to others.

          Very friendly and attentive staff. Food was all about taste and portions of a size that allowed you to indulge in three courses. Will return when menu changes.
