   Food was subpar for price. Service was slow and all was available was lunch at 4 pm. Still 100 bucks. No alcohol

   I requested to sit at a specific table and the receptionist didn’t appear to be annoyed whatsoever. As a matter of fact, she went above and beyond to make it happen!

   We felt the service was TERRIBLE! All I ordered was the soup and a Caesar salad with salmon. I asked for the soup first. Never got the soup. Our server never was around to even mention that something was amiss. We felt all the food was either too sweet ( the 4 scallops with the too sweet beet risotto), the Bison Osso Bucco was bland and not hot, the Cioppino bland. The prices were too high for the quality of the food, the way it was prepared and especially the service. Read the reviews on line. We should have not gone. Fortunately we had great company with us!

   Slow. Had to wait for hostess to appear when we arrived at our reservation time, once the seemingly distracted hostess arrived had to wait some more for our table to be prepared. Waitress was prompt and friendly. Food was slow arriving. Vesper martini was unavailable from the bar. Very efficient and friendly valet service.

   Food arrived cold. Wine took almost 20 mins. Noise level in the restaurant was loud. Kids banging on tables, lots of people laughing loudly and even yelling. Not a good environment at all.

   The cutwater no longer seems to be a “higher end” dining option in McCall. We had reservations to celebrate a birthday, that was never acknowledged by the hostess or server even though it was noted on our reservation. Service was slow. My son’s burger was burnt. Disappointing evening.
