As all-year outdoor venue featuring weather-protected dining and event space, overhead heating, and a central fireplace to keep you cosy. The Deck is the perfect spot to raise a glass with friends and try our signature pizzas, all while enjoying stunning sunset views over Mt Wellington.

Join us for Happy Hour from 4 - 6 pm, 7 days a week.

We had our daughter’s 13th birthday celebration at the Deck and the party of 10 all enjoyed the dinner. The staff were friendly, food was great and the location fantastic.

I gave this place a second chance after a poor experience previously. Didn’t get off to a great start when we were seated outside on a freezing night when I’m pretty sure that’s not what I booked. Basically no staff around. Plastic water glasses are not a classy vibe. The staff behind the bar were extremely slow and looked like they couldn’t be bothered - similar experience to last time. Food was average - lukewarm and flavourless chicken burger. Probably won’t be back.

I truly appreciated the great service, and I can't express enough how wonderful the food was. It made for such a memorable experience!

Very average service, took ages to order and that was after waiting at the bar, food came before drinks. Food was also average - steak ordered medium rare was more blue to rare, not very edible; club sandwiches were dry, bread seemed old and overcooked, chips were nice.

Very quiet, long wait time to be served and even longer time for drinks to be brought out. Meals arrived barely warm and average tasting. Bread and garlic butter arrived after meals instead of before. Had to drink from plastic cups, there was no salt or pepper to be found, has to wait over 5 mintues for someone to assist me at the bar for salt and pepper. Wouldn't reccomend......

Booked a table at The Deck for 8pm on a Friday, with no indication when the kitchen closed prior to booking. Upon arrival we were told the kitchen was closed and it was only deserts and drinks. I'm assuming it was the manager then went on to mock me and my friend that the kitchen was closed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Spent a pleasant hour or so last Saturday enjoying a lovely lunch at The Deck, which is a very attractive and relaxed eatery in the centre of Hobart within the Crown complex. After ordering a celebratory cocktail, we each chose a delicious dish from the light menu. These arrived very promptly via a very pleasant staff member and were well presented, very tasty and filling. The delicious desserts topped off a lovely lunch. High recommendable.

Was not told that you have to order separately for starters and mains when ordering through the app, all our food came at once and ended up being cold by the time we got round to eating the mains.
