Located at the rear of the Deck Brighton (entry via 26 Outer Crescent), we bring you a one of a kind, newly renovated and multifunctional space for kids in Brighton.

With five different themed house play areas, the kids will have plenty to stay entertained. Each house is complete with interactive play stations and allows the kids to let their imagination run wild! The five houses include Soft Play, Kitchen, Outdoor (Building & Gardening), Deck Mart (Supermarket) and Home.

The cafe is the perfect place to enjoy coffee and bite to eat with friends whilst peeking over the white picket fence to check on the kids!

Love this place. Such a great idea. We did the 8:45am session on a Sunday and it was so nice and quiet. The food and coffee was so fast. The food was delicious except that they ran out of broccolini and gave me broccoli instead. Coffee was great. Great kids menu with free kids drinks. Will definitely be back.

I love that it’s only $8 and you can claim that back at the cafe. However, some of food was forgotten and then placed on a different table and the lights were very low, nearly sent me to sleep haha. The different play sections are good but most of the toys seemed fairly dirty and missing lots of parts and the whole dining area just felt abit dingy, nothing on the walls, no decor or soft furnishings, very bland. It’s good because it’s cheap but I wouldn’t be going back in a hurry.

Good fun for toddler. Service wasn’t really present as far as offering water or checking in on us, however we went expecting too much on that front. Toddler had a fun time.

Enjoyed it, good value for money. Lots of different toys fors the kids and good food options. I like that you can redeem the entry feed on food

Pros… The concept is great, somewhere for the kids to play while parents eat. The food is nice - good range for both adults/children. And the play area has a range of toys that my toddler was interested in. Cons… The area itself isn’t great, there’s no windows or natural light and the seating area is very small/tight, it’s in a back building. The biggest issue was the service - it was non existent. Greeted at the desk very coldly and told to order through a QR code, but there is no reception to do so. Staff just seem to be cutting through to the main restaurant and don’t wear uniform/apron, so it was hard to find help. Staff weren’t friendly at all. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and my kid had a nice time so I’d still recommend and come back.

Such a great idea. My 4 yo daughter loves it. Service can be a bit slow but the food is pretty good and the play area is great!

It was the well needed break my husband and I had, letting the kids explore and have fun independently and safely while we watched and ate our lunch. Food was incredible but I found the portions small and was still hungry. The kids didn’t want to leave but I felt 1.5 hours was a good amount of time. Will likely be coming back again!

Great set up for the kids to enable parents to eat / drink in peace. Although… given it’s a child friendly space, it can be noisy! The service was wonderful. The drinks were not so wonderful - the chai tea was like drinking warm milk. They re-made it, but it tasted like warm milk round 2. We also got the berry smoothie which tasted great but my kiddo couldn’t drink it because of the hundreds of ‘hard bits’ (Berry seeds?) so we brought it home to strain it before we could enjoy it.
