Used to like it a lot but the food I tried this time is not as nice as before - especially the crackling chicken it was really dry and hard to chew. Will think twice next time if I were to go back.

Lovely food, fantastic service, such a brilliant place to celebrate birthdays at, overall an amazing experience with all the food that we ordered! The tagliatelle with eggplant, tomatoes & ricotta was fabulously light and so fresh! The truffle pizza was oozing with truffle and cheese, enjoyed it thoroughly. The veal Milanese & ocean trout were such amazing items too! For dessert, the warm apricot crumble was SO GOOD. Don’t ever leave without it.

The food is salty and not hot (slightly warm) when served. Customer service was bad. Staff at front desk has got some attitude problem when we arrived. She said she had tried to call me via my hp for confirmation but i had already received confirmation email the day before. I was not mentioned to expect any call from the restaurant from that email. I find it quite unprofessional for her to talk to us with bad attitude and not even making eye contact. The staff who took our order and served food was slightly more friendly. What i can read from your staff's behavior is that we are not "white" so we received less friendly service. All the tables were set up quite close to one another. It made it look like a fast food restaurant.

Thank you for another memorable night! Food and service was superb, especially the sommelier! She remembered both bottles that we ordered over month ago when we were last there for a Long lunch. Amazing! Can’t wait to come back again x

Reservation was made through Chope website. Apparently, was given outdoor dining upon arrival. Was disappointed though. It would be good if I am reminded when reservation was confirmed by staff through phone. Nothing was being mentioned.

Great value for brunch. Food is always cooked to a high standard. The French toast is especially yummy with a lovely crunchy exterior while remaining fluffy inside.

We were punctual and was of course seated quickly Would have preferred a table away from the bar and staff’s access to the kitchen. Ordered the calamari for starters, trout and pork chop for mains and a potato purée on the side, paired with white wine and to top it all of with really good profiteroles and apricot tart for desserts. Food was delicious. Service prompt and attentive. Overall a very pleasant first experience. Will definitely return. Thank you

I was at Dempsey Cookhouse on 23 July, for my partner's birthday dinner. We will like to compliment my server Monica. Her service was delightful, and we enjoy our dinner very much. Great thank you to her awesome hospitality. We will definitely return for future visits.

The vibe here is great and it is clear the team has put a lot of thought into creating intimate spaces in a very large space. We loved the sides: The baked cauliflower perfectly retained its crunch with the sweetness of the charring. The pea guacamole gets a ‘wow’ every time We take a new visitor there. Service is fairly attentive with the occasional miss on watching water glasses and being clear on whether all plates would be served together or in separate courses.
