   Spent $220 for 2 people for overpriced small portions of lukewarm food. Staff were nice, but food was tiny portions. Felt like I was eating a children's meal. Mash potato tasted like it was out of a packet, spring onions were stringy, Carrots were nice but only 3 tiny carrots. Roast veg starter was freezing cold, straight from the fridge. The meat was nice, but again a small portion. Sweet was nice. Best thing on the menu. We won't be coming back.

   Disappointing experience. Poorly trained wait staff. Terrible venue - apparently in this space due to refurbishment. Food was okay. Not recommended

   Lovely food. Main deal a little slow in coming after we asked for it. But we had a very pleasant evening.

    There were problems with confirming the booking both online and by phone. There was no one to answer the phone and when I tried to email the Dining Room the email was directed to The Barre restaurant. It took some time to confirm I had no booking with The Barre. Upon arrival the quiet ambience of the Dining Room was very welcome. Service was very good and efficient and prompt. The menu choice was good with food presentation very good. Having the fixed price menu very help. Very happy with service on the night and the presentation of the meal very good. Please make contacting the Dining Room easier prior to dining.
