De façon générale, nous avons apprécié notre soirée. Le service ainsi que le cadre étaient excellents. Toutefois, la nourriture était vraiment moyenne.

I went here with my girlfriend on Valentines and I honestly had a terrible experience. The ambience and setting was great but it’s just aesthetically pleasing and that’s all. Ordered a cocktail that had 4 ice blocks in them. Not cubes, but blocks. The blocks were about as long as the glass and as big as a ring box, and there were 4 of them in the glasses. I didn’t even touch the drink but i took out the blocks and my glass was about a quarter full, mind you some of the ice had melted already. I had put the 4 blocks i had take out into another empty glass and by the time i had left, 2 blocks had melted and the glass was essentially half full of water. After making a complaint, the manager was being very patronising, saying that’s how all drinks in italy are made and had the audacity to ask me if i’ve had a cocktail without ice before. After some back and forth, he said he’d take it off the bill, yet when the bill was brought it was still on. After insisting that i’m not paying for that, he removed one drink and i still said no till he removed it. In conclusion on the drinks part, they were rubbish. On the food side, the portions were ridiculously small and not worth the price. To be honest, nothing there is worth the price.

Absolutely amazing experience. Venue was amazing, food was delicious and staff were attentive. Was very happy with the experience.

Ambient is fascinating and service is great, food was fine and drinks (cocktails) look good but do not taste that way, not really worth the money, what you are really paying for is “the looks” and atmosphere.

Mi sono recato a pranzo con la famiglia il giorno di Natale. Il cibo e l'atmosfera 8/9. Location 10 anche il servizio all'inizio è apparso molto accogliente e attento a tutte le esigenze- verso la fine del pranzo - zona dessert - però è come se i camerieri ci avessero "persi di vista". Abbiamo dovuto richiamare la loro attenzione perché è come se si fossero dimenticati di noi. Una possibile giustificazione è quella che nel frattempo erano arrivati una quindicina di commensali e i camerieri hanno dovuto badare a loro.... ma non erano in pochi ( i camerieri ) e far sentire un cliente "abbandonato" non è una bella cosa. Tanto più che l'accoglienza era stata molto calda. Una pecca del servizio che mi preme segnalare : due caffè portati senza sotto piattini e senza il consueto porta bustine zucchero. Per un ristorante di quel livello.... Ma la cosa che veramente mi ha disturbato e deluso : avevo ordinato il menù natalizio che CHIARAMENTE - e purtroppo non posso postare qui la foto - menzionava dopo il panettone, come ELEMENTO COSTITUTIVO DEL MENU - un cocktail (devo dire una vera esperienza di gusto) che era da intendersi come un super caffè (era tra gli ingredienti ) /ammazzacaffè. Bene invece di essere ricompreso nei 90 euro del menù mi è stato addebitato separatamente (22 euro) con la scusa che il menù riportava "bevande escluse" quando per questa espressione si intende acqua e vini - altrimenti che senso avrebbe avuto metterlo nella descrizione delle "portate" del menu? Assurdo! tra l'altro ci eravamo accertati che fosse incluso ma al di là dell'errore del cameriere E' PROPRIO L'ELENCO DEL MENU che ERA FUORVIANTE ma.... molto più probabilmente c'è stata da parte della cassa un 'interpretazione errata. Mi dispiace ma questo mi ha rovinato il pranzo che quanto a gusto e qualità era come ho detto di buon livello. ...

Very nice Xmas lunch couldn’t be better! Reccomended for anyone with passion for nice things, best service and super good! Well done to Orazio and all his team.

Poor service, cocktails were delivered after the main dishes. Add to request twice the desserts list. Etc…

Unfortunately the food was overcook and overpriced. Service was rushed and had to eat in 30+- minutes; a shame as i was looking forward to eating there.
