   I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The roast pork was absolutely divine — tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, with a crispy crackling that just melted in your mouth. The roast beef was equally exceptional, cooked to perfection, with a rich, savory flavor that left me craving more. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. As for the environment, it struck the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding food and a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Delicious food quick lovely service sat in the side room which was very noisy my only bee. However recommended would definitely go back generous portions recommend booking before hand to avoid disappointment lovely find

   Cannot fault the service, restaurant was very busy. Food arrived in a timely manner. Scotch egg, delicious, Roast beef was a little tough to cut but wasn't chewy. Was not keen on the aniseed red cabbage, had to leave that. Lemon posset, OMG fantastic! Good choice of draught beers, some local. Sunday menu,besides roast was a little limited. Bar and restaurant was very busy so a little noisey but not to the level where we couldn't hear ourselves talking. Overall a lovely experience.

   Lovely pub, great food. The staff were really accommodating, our table server was so lovely. Please visit you won’t be disappointed

   Really nice experience from the nice welcome to the food and service. There was a wide selection of beers on offer, a nice log fire and we weren’t crammed in when at our table. The lunch selection was wide enough and interesting variation. Food quality was excellent, and good portion sizes. i certainly wasn’t hungry at the end! Well done the team at the Duke William.
