   It was dead in there. Most of the tables were empty, even though it was hard to get a reservation. Apparently, the whole morning was dead. Nobody showed up and then they had last call at five so we had to go somewhere else. I felt bad for all the staff, but we saw him later at the Irish pub so it was all good. drinks were good. I didn’t have any of those special drinks of the day and we didn’t eat it either.

   The food category only got 1 Star because it was closed during time of service. I most definitely will be back on a night when there's no DJ. The Ebenezer is a beautiful speakeasy with tasty drinks.

   We love cocktails at the Ebenezer, and was excited to bring two friends who never had been there before. We made reservations a week in advance and specifically asked for seating in the area away from the bar with the fun chairs and unique atmosphere. Our reservation was at 4:30pm on a Thursday. When we arrived, we were informed that there was a private party in the room we had requested, and they needed to seat us directly next to the server area in the bar. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. We were the only patrons at the establishment from 4:30-5:15, and our table was in the least exciting area of the whole establishment. We specifically made reservations to be seated in the ‘fancy’ area away, and would have preferred that they call us and let us know that they had a private party there so that we could change our reservation to a different day. Instead , we sat awkwardly in an area next to the server station and had very expensive drinks. Our server was very attentive and friendly, but the atmosphere wasn’t what we wanted.

   Great ambiance and service. Loved it. We did not get food, but did get drinks and deep fried Oreo’s. Delicious.

   This was my second visit and I brought 4 other friends this time. They loved it. Already planning an even bigger gathering of people next. Great place to meet and hang out. Good drinks and small plates and a wonderful atmosphere. The bartender - Joe - is the best!! Also, the wait staff were all friendly and helpful. Just a happy place to go to!

   Drinks are awesome, wish music wasn’t quite so loud - hard to have a conversation with friends.

   The cocktails here are interesting, fun and tasty! The vibe is cool and the staff are just the right amount of engaging throughout the experience. Will definitely be back.

   Our bartender, Joe, was very engaging, very knowledgeable about his craft, and enjoyable to converse with.

    If you're looking for a place with good drinks and apps and a fun atmosphere (and good jazz background music) .... Ebeneezer is the place! Loved it.
