We did attend during holidays and it was very busy which we understand, but service was still terrible. Upon ordering, I was told our meals would be approx 25mins. I ordered one entree and 2 mains. After about 55 mins and no meals, I enquired and at this time as our main meals did arrived, but then our entree arrived after our main meals. We were told it wasn't entered as an entree. It was a really disappointing evening. I believe the hotel should have anticipated crowds and had enough kitchen/floor staff to cover their busy periods. The quality and taste of our meals were standard but not great enough to make us return.

The music was too loud in the dining area. The food was nothing special. The drinks were a bit flat in plastic cups.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable

Always a really nice place to go. Spotlessly clean, courteous and friendly staff, fresh food and cold drinks.

Great service and atmosphere. Steaks were lovely. The only fault was the pork belly, wasn't that great. Will go back.

I had two meals at the Echuca Hotel during my stay. Both were well cooked. I especially enjoyed the barramundi with Asian fusion salad. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

We are regulars at The Echuca Hotel. Last night the staff were excellent, the food delicious and the price was very good
