Service was nice but the place is grossly overpriced. A bottle of BAREFOOT wine is 35£! Food portions are tiny and mediocre while priced heavily. They are also very strict about the time limit which is unattractive because if you’re spending money throughout the 2 hours and dancing, having fun, they will start to clean your table up standing next to you asking you to leave lol ruins the vibe tbh The music & ambiance was nice tho. Really what you pay for but I wouldn’t go again.

It took 45mins to get served by the waiter, the drinks were really nice. Although the shisha I got wasn’t the greatest, it was the premium starbuzz in flavour pink (sweet flavours& raspberyy). The music was good made up for the vibes. Will try again hopefully the waiters will be more attentive

We were asked to settle our bill before our dessert was served, which we had no issue with. However, the service took a turn once we made the payment. A new server brought our desserts, and just two minutes later, we were told they needed the table back. We expressed our intention to order more drinks, but instead of accommodating us, the waitress removed my friend’s drink and dessert without her consent. Leading the guy with the tray taking the drink and dessert back to the kitchen. A member of the management team then approached us and offered to move us to another table but made it clear that if it was needed, we would have to vacate it as well. As I still had my dessert and drink. We agreed to move to the other table offered to us. At no point did they acknowledge that my friend’s half-full cocktail and dessert had been taken away. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Had we known this was how we would be treated, we wouldn’t have chosen this restaurant, let alone paid the service charge. Extremely disappointing customer service.

The waiter served food without cutlery and when asked for cutlery he forgot has to ask another and another finally got one after 10 minutes and eating with my hands

We were very excited to dine here due to the aesthetic looks. We were taken to the lounge area and we saw the seats had shoe marks all over them so we came back to the front. We then thought it wont be a good time here however Chris who served us changed it all around with an outstanding service in where i clicked with him straight away and he made my fiancee feel so welcome as well as that the food was absolutely amazing. With that being said i would definitely come back for the type of service chris had given.

Very disappointing experience overall. It was hard to get a hold of anyone to ask clarifying questions prior to making a booking and the service at the Hookah Lounge was subpar. Waiters were very inattentive (instead of focusing on customers and their needs they were busy talking with one another), it took them forever to bring things out (by the time they finally brought me ketchup I had finished my fries smh), and the hookah was not good (they didn’t even prep it before hand). I definitely won’t be coming back and do not recommend this place if you want to have a good time. If you are interested in a place with better quality service, vibes, and food, check out Brera in Canary Wharf instead.
