The Edison is a lavish Industrial Gothic-style destination for classic American fare, hand crafted -cocktails, exciting nightlife, and world-class entertainment. Thoughtfully re-imagined from a historic power plant, The Edison operates as a landmark restaurant, with three bars and many cozy lounges nestled in this multi-level venue. During the day, the Edison provides a playful dining family -style experience, but after 10 pm it transforms into an Adult-only venue focused on craft cocktails and Cabaret entertainment unique in Central Florida. Every night features a live band , singers and dancing and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays costumed dancers, variety acts and a DJ make The Edison a real electric hot spot.

The food was good, nothing special. I asked for a old fashioned and was the worst old fashioned that I had ever!! A shame for a super cool place like this one.

This was only okay. The digital menu was not accurate and our friends, who is gluten intolerant, wanted simple grilled salmon which, appeared on the (old) menu. When blackened salmon was served instead the waiter was a bit snarky, saying this is what we have. A manager finally intervened confirming that the blackening was gluten-free and our friends meal was gratis Lack of a hard-copy, accurate menu was problematic. Also not easy to make substitutions without causing all sides to be deleted. The food was tasty but nothing extraordinary. Our party of 6 was unanimous in our not being return guests.

I made a reso for my wife and mentioned it was her birthday. Nothing was done and no mention to her. OpenTable offeres notes to enhance the guest’s experience and unfortunately you, your managers and hosts failed at that. Not going back

Server Abby was great. Good was good but a bit expensive for burgers and salads.

The venue is perfection as is the live entertainment. But our wait help could have cared less about their tables. They were more interested in hiding in corners. Took 20 minutes from order to bring our two beers, from cans, costing $29. Just in value alone, you'd have thought they would have hustled to build their tab. Our tab was healthy and we enjoyed the good and the music. But we will not return if this is their wait help's normal work effort.

The live music was amazing. The server was helpful and attentive to what we were ordering. The food was delicious everything was cooked to perfection. The beverages were spot on. I will definitely be coming back and trying other delicious foods. The short ribs , the Edison burger, and the grilled cheese and tomato soup are a smash. Thanks again

Great service by our servers. Delicious food - loved the fries!! Good vegetarian choice. Loved seating in the booth; not sure if would have enjoyed as much at a table in the open
