   What a lovely place! 1st time visiting as we are trying to visit new places at the moment. Quickly sat us down and got a high hair for my baby, quick service, the girls that served us were absolutely lovely and nothing was a bother! and food was unbelievably lovely! We were in a quiet part which was ideal because my 11 month old had a few moments of twisting and it meant I could get up with her! Me, my partner and both kids ate everything and not one complaint had by anyone!! We will definitely be back ❤️ Thank you so much for such an amazing meal and time

   The menu isn't great and is overpriced. I got a flatbread that was paper-thin.

   We have to the Engine Room many time and always enjoyed. Sadly our last visit was very poor. The food was not up to standard and we won’t be returning

   Turkey meal was a take on original Christmas dinner, very enjoyable and better than most Christmas meals. Vegetables were plentiful and not overdone. Waiting staff very pleasant although extremely busy. Perfect location if attending The Fire Station venue.

   This is our 3rd visit. Each time there has been a different ambiance. Today, Sunday, we visited before a classical music concert at the Fire Station and enjoyed the Sunday menu. The atmosphere was serene and festive. This contrasts with Saturday evenings in the summer with a younger, lively crowd. The menu was limited, but with enough to please everyone in the family. I had the lamb roast dinner. It was beautiful. The service was excellent. A lovely evening. I look forward to returning soon.

   Lovely food but very noisy. We told the server that we were sitting in a cold draft all night as our table was near the door so I had to keep my coat on the whole time. A glass partition or something would protect diners from the draft. We enjoyed our meal but it was noisy and drafty so 4 stars not 5.
