Everything at The Establishment begins with well-sourced ingredients from sea and field. Through developing relationships with local farmers and fishermen, our ingredients will be consistently seasonal, fresh, and pure. Chef Elliott Howells' menu will always reflect a clean, focused, and balanced approach, delivering a selection of thoughtful and refined cuisine.

Located in Charleston’s historic French Quarter a few blocks away from Rainbow Row, Charleston City Market, and Waterfront Park, The Establishment features an award-winning wine cellar, over 150 bourbon and whiskey offerings, and a lively bar scene complete with daily happy hour. We feature Live Music every Friday and Saturday starting at 8:00 PM, featuring multiple local artists performing an array of musical genres. Our private dining rooms are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or business meetings. We look forward to hosting you for a casual night out or an elevated dining experience.

                                                              We had a a wonderful meal & bartenders as well as our server were excellent. It was crowded bc of SEWE festival. Compliments around we will be back!

                                                              Our hostess was very rude!!! When water spilled over our table, and the waiter tried to clean up, it was still very wet. I asked to be moved to an empty table, and the hostess would not let us move there, or any other table, even though those tables were empty. She told us someone requested the table, and we could not move. We ate our entire dinner sitting in water, and the table remained empty. At the end of our meal, that table was seated. As we left, I asked the 3 genlemen seated, if they had requested that specific table, and they shared that they had no reservation, and just walked in. The seating hostess lied to us. I’ll never go back there!!!

                                                              Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We were lucky to get some reservations last minute on Valentine's Day. Recommend: Wagyu tartare, scallops, bread service, ribeye steak.
