   Such a great time! We were able to be outside with the heaters and fire pit tables. What a great ambiance! Service was attentive and friendly and the food was really good. I’m looking forward to going again!

   It would be nice if the food and service were equal to the setting. The food is just OK. The setting is fabulous. The space is designed as a conversation lounge. The music is too loud for conversation. The food used to be very very good. The current menu is too ambitious. Get back to simple good tasting bar food and improve the pizza. The staff works very hard unfortunately there is not enough staff to provide good service.

   The restaurant only had one server working and she just couldn’t get everything done.

   This is a fun place to enjoy delicious light appitizer food. Fun drinks and the best view in Lancaster city!

   Pizza was great! Seating can be uncomfortable, table too small for 4 diners. Service top notch!

   Food choices were limited . Food quality was poor. However the ambience and service were excellent!

    We usually love our time at the Exchange. Last night was def an off night for them. From not having the proper drinkware, to slow service, to cold red wine...I really hope it was just a fluke.
