This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Join us Tuesday evenings for a night of sushi and dim sum. An extended menu of fan favorites from Philadelphia rolls and crispy shrimp won tons to reinvented rolls both raw and cooked. Plates priced to share, try the whole menu or just a few while still enjoying our regular a la carte menu. Live music in the garden from 6-9PM to create the perfect atmosphere (weather permitting).

Unfortunately our waitress was not very knowledgeable about the menu. Didn’t know they ran out of one of only two options on curry night. Overall disapppointing from a place we really enjoy.

Our second visit to the Fram. Our first experience was excellent. This time the food was not quite as good as the first time. They also screwed up on two of our entrees. Another table had order the same meals as two of our party, and they delivered the meals to our two guests while the rest of us sat and watched.......Not a good experience unfortunately.
