Voted "The Best Newcomer" restaurant at the recent May 2023 Food Reader Awards, The Farm Table is all about taking food off the farm & into the fire, celebrating the simplicity of beautiful ingredients grown, reared, caught & crafted on our doorstep.

We aim to get as much from our farm onto your table as possible and if it’s not from our farm it’s from our vibrant community of like-minded artisan food producers, farmers & fisherman who share our passion.

Open everyday 12pm-3pm for lunch and evenings on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6pm-9pm

    all the food we had for main course was excellent good quality ingredients. outstanding. i didnt like my dessert of artic roll though my husband quite likes his christmas pudding

    We were sat near the kitchen, you could actually hear and see staff pointing and joking about people eating there which was a bit off putting. Food was good.

    We have visited before and had a wonderful experience, however, this time was disappointing, especially as it was for a birthday treat. The wrong steak was delivered so we then had to wait and the other meal was kept warm. The sirloin was cooked beautifully but had a huge amount of un rendered fat and was quite chewy. The staff were friendly but we weren’t impressed to sit through the meal with no one noticing our glasses were empty and were never asked if we wanted another drink.

    Lovely food, surroundings and ambience. Staff were friendly and attentive too. The only thing was that it was quite echo-ey due to the open plan, barn set up and we didn't have complete place settings. This didn't really dim the experience but was a little inconvenient.

    As always….outstanding. The rare steak was superb All the food delicious. The service was excellent. The front of house young man was outstanding, so correct on all fronts. Thank you Amanda Gyger x
