The Fat Badger restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience in the heart of Harrogate. The restaurant serves superb quality AA rosette food in elegant surroundings.
Dining during Monday - Thursday your table is likely to be allocated into our bar area.
Tables for our bar on weekends and outdoor patio all the time can not be booked in advance and are offered on a first come first served basis.
Dogs are welcome if customers are happy to dine in our outdoor areas.

Excellent food, good sized portions. Attentive staff, slight issue with the bill which was rectified immediately with no issues at all. Would highly recommend. We ate here twice over the weekend. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend you

The Fat Badger has a great vibe with its stylish decor, awesome service and delicious food with perfectly balanced flavors. The place feels welcoming, the staff is super friendly! every meal is a treat. Definitely a spot I’ll want to come back to.

Lovely meal. It would be helpful to be informed the sandwiches were not available after 6.30 when being given the menu. I really fancied the Fish Butty sandwich as I wasn’t particularly hungry. It didn’t matter, however as I order two starters which was the perfect amount. Lamb Hock was delicious and the Mussels were superb. My friend enjoyed the Thai Curry. Great meal in a beautiful building and not too noisy so we could have a decent catch up.

Lovely place, lovely meal ☺️ Service was brilliant and I would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning when I next visit Harrogate.

Steak looked like it had been boiled. Regardless, I asked for medium rare and it was rare/blue. Poor coleslaw too

Excellent food, service was good but we felt a little forgotten - I had to get up and ask for condiments, we weren't checked to see if everything was ok or refresh our drinks and a little disappointed there was no flexibility to have a little icecream with the cheesecake. BUT overall it was a grest Sunday lunch.

Everytime we eat here it is always great. Service is brilliant and the food is well presented and tastes good. Atmosphere is always nice.
