A lovely place with amazing food and excellent service. Lovely table, with stunning views. We had the fruit de mer everything was so fresh and delicious. If I'm being super picky we were unable to have the chips as they're cooked in beef dripping and there was a vegetarian in the party, having said that the new potatoes were to die for!! Would definitely recommend eating here!!!

Great food and service. The Fisherman's Wife offers an extensive menu of fish plus of course the haddock and chips, the in Whitby. Combine this with the spectacular view of the bay and your meal will be one to remember.

Lovely meal at The Fisherman's Wife. The fish and chips, as well as the fishcakes were excellent. We were lucky to get a table with sea view, which was a bonus, but the ambience is good wherever you are seated. The service was friendly and efficient. Excellent all round. Best to book as very popular.
