   Food was excellent nice atmosphere and it was new years eve. Service was good, nice polite staff. And nicely turned out in there uniforms

   Whenever I’m in Whitby the fishermens wife is always the first place I book.I think this was the 3rd time of visiting.

   A tad disappointed. We’ve been visiting since it was Graveleys and don’t think the exotics is quite as good as it used to be. Service was great but the food doesn’t compare with the magpie, the menu is limited, and the prices high. A good alternative to the magpie if you don’t want to queue, but not the best fish and chips.

   Excellent fish & chip choice in Whitby which is so mega full of alternatives & sometimes hard to choose . It has a lovely view of the sea& Sandsend Perfect for my family as my DH does not like fried fish so there are alternatives.

   It was a pleasant environment for eating with friends. Lovely fish & chips. And curry sauce went wonderful too with the crispy batter. The staff were lovely. Would recommend

   Really good food. We just wanted fish and chips but there is a variety of choices. Really good portions, couldn’t eat all the chips! Would defo go again, 👍
