Our drinks were amazing, the ambiance was great, the security were so helpful and efficient and the bartenders were lovely, however our waitress was not attentive we sat for 40 minutes waiting for her attention and it wasn’t busy. In the end we had to go to the bar to close our tab

The views from this bar are amazing. It's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. However, I was served wine in a plastic glass. That is just a no for me from an "exclusive" club

The Fleur Room is really a very pretty space and the floor to ceiling glass to look at the city is spectacular. We went there for happy hour on Friday and we were very excited about trying all the things in the happy hour menu. However the portions were really very small like two meatballs on a plate small and yes sure it was wagyu beef but still. So if you are like me and going for happy hour be prepared! Other than that the experience was delightful and made for a wonderful date night!

Truly, not what we were thinking because we pictured having a table and we were on a couch with a little table, but it was all beautiful, and the view was amazing. The only flaw is plastic glassware. That was a bummer.

Service was lacking, waitress only came by to take our order and bring us our check. No in between check-in, drink was okay, the Wagyu patties was not what I expected ( hard pass) . We paid our bill which came out to $90 including the tip. But once we check our credit card statement the next day. There was additional charges which put a pending charge of $200. Had to call customer service to complain about the waitress charging our card for additional items we didn’t even order. Make sure you keep a copy of your receipt since the waitress can be carless when swiping your credit card

We had a reservation and had to wait 20 minutes, but that’s no big deal. Happy hour was great.

After booking ahead for a month we were notified 3 days prior to our booking that it had been cancelled due to a private event. It is a lie that a private event was booked with three days notice, this cancellation was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. We could only book so far in advance but for the fleur room to cancel whenever they want for no reason is disgusting service.
