The Florentine Café is an Italian lunch and dinner café, with a full bar, draft beers, and a great wine selection. Stop by with a friend for drinks and a meal or come to lunch with business colleagues. We now offer outdoor seating, as well as, indoor seating with a great view. When the floor-to-ceiling windows open, they let in a nice breeze, allowing the fresh air to circulate, adding to a beautiful dining experience, in, or out. We also have a separate dining area downstairs that seats up to 50 guests It's perfect for any private event, rehearsal dinner, or business function. The casual atmosphere makes it easy to relax, and enjoy a meal with fine company. Join us, start with complimentary, home-made Focaccia bread and seasoned olive oil, and you must try our signature dish, Ravioli di Aragosta. Other best dishes include, the Fusilli Alla Vodka, Pollo al Limone, and a new favourite, the Salmone D'estate.

This is a cozy spot with a selection and range of options anyone. Not the huge pasta menu that is everywhere, but a place that really could be my local regular if I lived in the North End We wanted a reasonable price point for a normal lunch, not to leave stuffed. It was perfect. Lunch and brunch options, lovely tarts, etc. Adorable inside; gorgeous mural of the PV bridge in Florence. The staff was very friendly. An intimate place with great people watching away from the biggest crowds on upper Hanover. I felt transported to Italy with views of the church across the street.

Dinner was delicious! All four of us enjoyed. We did not feel rushed even though it was NYE. Our waitress was very nice. Our table was by a window and we had plenty of space.

Overall excellent service, atmosphere, vibe. Eggplant parm was very good, yet not mind-blowing. Not sure if it was sauce or what that didn't get me over the top as I normally am for eggplant parm. Burrata app was excellent. Lobster ravioli excellent. Espresso Martini a must.

We had a fabulous time at Florentine Cafe. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It has a very lively atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious food!

The Florentine Café came highly recommended, but we left very disappointed. The service was poor and we had trouble getting our waitresses attention the entire night. We ended filling our own water glasses a few times because we were sitting next to the waiter stand. All three of the pasta dishes that we ordered tasted strange (vodka sauce tasted like Mac and cheese) and had little flavor. Maybe we came on an off night but I don’t think we will be back.

Our server Andre was AMAZING! He was super friendly and personable. Food was fantastic. We enjoyed a bottle of the Il Fauno Super Tuscan - only critique is that we wish the bottle were stored and served at a proper temperature … it was too warm, but Andre quickly put it over some ice to pull down the temperature. Can’t wait to return. Thank you!!

Made a reservation but kitchen closed at the time of our reservation. Squeezed us in next to front door. Rushed us through dinner and refused to offer dessert. Food was very good.
