    We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Foundry last night. I had the cioppino which was delicious. One friend had the salmon which enjoyed. Our server, Tisha was attentive and friendly. Service is always great here. My only complaint is the noise level. It wasn’t even that crowded and we could barely hear each other.

    Love the FOMO Sunday pizza night but now there are restrictions on which pizza’s are eligible

    We love seeing our Members come in for the FOMO deal on Sunday. Unfortunately Edie some of the pizza's would not make it cost efficient for us or you if we added them.     We love The Foundry. The people, the food and the ambiance are excellent. Want to especially thank Meagan for seating us early and at a great table. Allie our server was perfect! Appreciated the manager stopping by to check up on us :)

    Tonight we were really looking forward to dining at The Foundry after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was a letdown. The food simply didn’t live up to expectations. Our steaks were overcooked, completely missing the mark on how we had requested them. The frites came out cold, and the fish had a soggy texture that was unappealing. To make matters worse, the brisket sandwich wasn’t made to order and had to be sent back for a remake. On a positive note, the wings were tasty and the chimichurri sauce was absolutely fantastic—definitely the highlight of the meal. It’s just a shame that such a beautiful restaurant couldn’t deliver on the quality of the food. The slow service only added to the disappointment. Overall, we left feeling quite dissatisfied and walked away feeling we paid far too much for a disappointing dinner. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant to anyone.

    It was our first time at The Foundry and we will definitely go back. The atmosphere was lovely and our waitress was great and her recommendation of the pot roast was much appreciated as my husband really enjoyed it (very tender). It was a busy Friday evening so it was a bit loud and part of our orders were cold. Will give it another try!

    The service is always excellent and the wait staff always have a smile and kind word. Food is always excellent! I would recommend this restaurant as one being the best in Denver.

    This was our first time having Sunday brunch here and The Foundry did not disappoint. Food was delish - our crew’s choices included a burger, cheesesteak, and the chicken parm sandwich special - all of which were very good. The Bloody Mary specials were tasty as well. Our server, Donald, was attentive and friendly. Had a great time!
