A country inn pub with bar, rooms and a covered terrace overlooking St Cadoc's Church in the beautiful village of Llancarfan
We look forward to welcoming you to The Fox and Hounds - a destination pub in the secluded village of Llancarfan on the banks of a little brook. We have a large terraced area which is perfect to enjoy a chilled glass of wine or beer on a summer's evening. In the winter, relax in a comfortable chair in our newly refurbished bar next to the roaring log burner.

Dogs are more than welcome at The Fox and Hounds and they can join you at your table should you wish. There is even a jar of doggie treats for them on the bar!

We had the most delicious pub Sunday lunch in a long time, at the Fox and Hounds, Llancarfon. The roast beef was beautifully pink and tender, the roasties hot and crispy and the Yorkie huge. In fact, the portions are very generous all round. The tiramisu for dessert was massive and massively good. The young serving team was efficient and friendly too. We’ll definitely be back

Lovely Sunday lunch my wife had lamb and I had chicken.. Vegetables were cooked just right not soft. Definitely recommend

What a hidden gem! The pub is a lovely little country pub in a pretty location. Great ambulance, the staff are really friendly, helpful and lovely. The food first class. Tasted amazing with all fresh ingredients and very well presented. Will definitely be going back. Thank you
