   Fabulous! The brochettes de poissons were excellent! Nice touch with the merguez ! Also loved the confit de canard. I picked the ratatouille and it was almost as nice as me mam's back in France! :o) It was just really nice! Finished it with the crème brûlée and an île flottante.... Soooooo yummy. I guess I'll have to come back to try more. Thank you for the nice evening.

   Service is immaculate and Jeri and another girl that served us were legends. Definitely a place we will back, as the service, food and wine were great. 👌🏼👍🏼

   If you’re thinking of visiting the French quarter you won’t be disappointed, this is our favourite restaurant in Newcastle! The staff are very friendly and helpful to make sure you get the best experience, great atmosphere and the food is outstanding! This was our third visit and it’s been superb all three times! I highly recommend the French quarter to anyone, especially anyone looking for the best French restaurant! Already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again!

   We have been to the French Quarter on a number of occasions and it is consistently good. The food is in a traditional French style but not at all stuffy. The wine list is impressive and the staff are excellent

    As always we had a beautiful meal at the French Quater. It still stands as our favourite restaurant, we had the bread and smoked aubergine for starter which was delicious then followed by the mussels, fries the beef and green beans (tip don’t add salt to the beans before you try them as they’re already seasoned with salt!) and we had the fish croquettes which were beautiful! Staff always really friendly and lovely cosy vibes! Thanks again, see you soon for another lovely meal!
