Gage has been a go to restaurant for us for many years. This visit was after a midday theater presentation and we were at the restaurant at 4:00 PM early for dinner, quiet and wonderful service. Never fails at the Gage.

We got a lovely table near the fireplace in a rather quiet room. Service was a bit slow in the beginning, but our waiter was very kind and attentive. It was a lovely lunch. Very nice decorating.

The food, service, and ambiance were exceptional. We were told the burger was one of the best in Chicago and I can’t imagine anywhere else coming close to it. It was fantastic, and the fried pickles were great too!

Fantastic vibes! Awesome service! Delicious eats! Post-symphony center recital Sunday moment - wandered in to this vibrant, inviting post-concert eaterie & indulged in wonderfully & uniquely seasoned mussels, complimentary bubbly, truffle-laced fries, full-bodied Chard & a tasty mocktail! The Gage has it all with laidback chic & perfect eats! Well done!

Excellent cocktail and brunch menu and it was hard to decide. The croque madame and corned beef hash were both outstanding choices, and we would like to return to try several of the others. Service was attentive and friendly. A very attractive room though tables are a bit close together.

Not usually here for brunch but the food was very good. Always love the atmosphere and the service was excellent. Expensive for a fairly simple breakfast but overall a very enjoyable experience.
