The food was fine, I wasn’t expecting anything out of this world however I had a party of 10 and the server was just not attentive. The dining area wasn’t even busy, I don’t recall being offered refills on drinks and I had to get up out of my seat to look for our waiter a few times. I was charged a fee for a large group and I would have expected more attentive service.

For a place modeled after board games like candy land. The food lacked flavor. Even when it attempted a difference flavor profile on a classic taste it was off to say the least. The food tasted like microwaved. The server was nice, but he did forget a dish in the back, which happened to be the person we were there to celebrate in the first place. Honestly would not recommend in any situation.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience I came their for my daughters birthday. The service took over two hours. The food came out cold, I was missing fries, salad, the order was wrong and when they took it to correct it I never got the food back. It was a terrible experience. I spent over two hundred dollars on food that I could not eat because of the taste. I am sorry to say I was disappointed and so eas everyone else in my party of 8.

Great place to relax and eat and take a break while kids have fun playing games nearby! Great food and drinks and service! Comfy seats and nice music! What a surprise to find this hidden gem amongst a bustling, crowded, and noisy holiday mall trip! Will definitely be back!

Except the service to be very slow even at times it’s not busy. Not only was service slow, management was not very concerned about it and not kind when brought to their attention. If your celebrating a special event don’t except all waiters to care you are there for such event like your child’s birthday. My family who drove 2 hours plus left very disappointed, with ann upset child and waisted 2 hours of our time that could have been better spent elsewhere on a very special day.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our waiter was also servicing a private party, which appeared to stretch his capacity. He came to our table wearing the same gloves he used to serve the private party and then returned to the private room without changing them, which raised concerns about hygiene. From the start, basic service expectations were not met. We never received water until we specifically requested it, and even then, only one cup was brought to our table of four. I eventually had to get up and go to the bar myself to retrieve three additional cups of water. When we asked for straws, the waiter brought back only one, and again, I had to return to the bar to get the rest. The delays in receiving our food were also disappointing. After waiting 45 minutes, a larger party seated 15 minutes after us was already eating before we received our meals. The manager did come out to apologize for the wait and eventually comped an order of wings because it didn’t come out with the rest of the food. However, when our meals did arrive, the fries were slightly cold, adding to the dissatisfaction. Throughout the evening, the waiter never apologized for the poor service, and the overall experience felt disorganized and frustrating. While the manager made an effort to address the delay, it wasn’t enough to outweigh the multiple service issues we encountered. This experience was disappointing and fell far below the standard I would expect.

Food was awesome! The atmosphere was perfect to sit around with friends and enjoy a good meal.

Jazz and Vinnie were absolutely amazing! We had a large party, but at no point did they seem flustered or annoyed. They were very kind, patient, attentive, and just easy to talk to. The service was impeccable! Everything was quick, correct, and food/drinks were fantastic. I definitely recommend this place, as it’s great for large groups — kids and adults alike!
