Seriously the worst “fine dining” I’ve ever seen. The restaurant looked like a little cafe and was empty. They gave us a table by the freezing cold door to the patio and when we asked them to move they said no because of some sort of issue with the lights. We sat their freezing out butts off for 15 minutes with no service before we finally walked out. This restaurant is a joke- nobody in Sydney has ever even heard of it.

Food pretty good although menu more limited than they suggest on line Service was really slow, disorganized and frustrating. Our server was pleasant in her conversation, but didn’t really seem to have much of a clue. The rest of the staff seemed officious and not customer focused. Dining room is cool. Overall very disappointing and I would not recommend

Food was excellent, however the service was non-existent. We waited at least 30mins to be asked about drinks at the start of the night and then had to ask for menus. Pretty much the same story for most of the night. We won’t be returning...such a shame given the food was so good!

Great ambiance paired with good food. Each couse served is of a size to enable you to easily fit in deserts

We would have liked the tasting menu however it didn’t appeal to either of us. We also didn’t have dessert as sadly none of them appealed.

Great location and excellent food let down by inexperienced staff in the restaurant and inept and supercilious staff in the adjoining bar.

Beautiful food and such lovely warm service. Had a very nice feel to the ambience and every dish we ordered was perfect and delicious. Timing of each course was impeccable too, we were going to the theatre so didn't have a lot of time, but nothing felt rushed. Our waiter Josh was very attentive and knew each dish very well, explained all elements on the plate. Would definitely return here for another special occasion dinner.

The Gantry was absolutely wonderful - the ambience, the location, the service and especially the food were just perfect! I took my niece there for her birthday and she had the vegan tasting menu, while I had the vegetarian tasting menu - I am not vegetarian or vegan, but the menus looked so good I had to try it. Each course was an exquisite balance of flavours with fresh produce and incredible presentation - and the food tasted as good as it looked. The 6 courses balanced each other well, with perfect sized portions, and the menu felt like it built to a crescendo with the desserts. The Gantry will definitely be our special occasion regular venue and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an impressive dining experience.

What a surprise it was to walk in and get seated in a beautiful alfresco seating with a stunning view of the Harbour. The food was outstanding, especially the vegetarian dishes. I’d happily go back again.
