Nestled in a historic downtown Pineville building that dates back to the 1890s, The Garrison is a 2-story restaurant featuring indoor and outdoor seating, a full-service classic cocktail bar, upstairs dining, and modern American cuisine as well as upscale bar bites. Think - the best burger in town, 24-hour brined chicken wings, a ribeye steak sandwich, chops, fresh local seafood, and more.

    Service was slow because only 1 server for entire second floor. Otherwise, drinks & food were great.

    This was such a nice restaurant and everyone was so nice. I was late to the reservation and they held the table for me. The food was amazing & drinks! I will definitely be back!

    This was our 2nd time visiting, but will be our last. Unfortunately, one of the servers spilled an entire glass of water in my lap as our mains were served. While it was annoying and uncomfortable, their response was what sealed the deal on us not returning. I was offered another drink or dessert, which given the state of my drenched clothing, was very off the mark. They should have comped my meal, which was cold by the time everything was cleaned up, or taken off the drink I already had. This was never offered. Having worked in the restaurant industry, that’s definitely the minimum standard.

    One of our favorite restaurants in the South Charlotte area. The food is well prepared and served. The bartenders make the best drinks in all of Charlotte.

    As always, food and service was outstanding! Faith, our server, knows all our favorites, and never leaves us unattended. Ahi tuna poke bowl, a special on the menu, should become a regular offering. It was delicious!

    This was my husband and I first time at the Garrison. The food and drinks were great. We would definitely go back.

    Mary was my server and is very attentive but not overbearing. The food and atmosphere was very good. I don’t think it’s typically as loud in there as it was during my visit. I just happened to be seated near a large group with a few littles. The cocktails were perfect also. Will definitely be back.

    Our cocktails, meal, and dessert were amazing! It was a very busy evening, but, our server, Faith, took excellent care of us. We haven't visited in a while, I'm so glad we decided to have our Valentine's date @The Garrison. The sweet potato layered cheesecake was one of the best desserts I have eaten.
