   Bartender lovely. Food not as expected. Menu changed from online. Very small limited menu. Cullen skink disappointing. Too much potato hardly any fish.

   We liked the restaurant’s decor and the waitress serving us was nice and friendly. It was pretty empty on Sunday evening so the atmosphere was lacking and food was ok mostly, although there were some dissappointing dishes - especially tomato salad as a side dish was very poor. Overall nice place but could improve easily.

   Great atmosphere and decor. The bar and restaurant were very busy (it was a Saturday night) and were struggling to cope with the numbers. Our waiter in the restaurant, however, did an excellent job of managing the situation and kept us informed with what was going on.

   I’m 60+ and went with a friend to try this new restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced but it was very noisy. There were several babies, despite being a Saturday night, and at times they were crying. At one point two youngsters arrived with scooters. The music didn’t help it just added to the noise levels. I’m sure the younger generation would love it but it was not conducive to conversation and I doubt I will be returning.

   An excellent meal with super service in a beautiful setting. A very romantic restaurant for a Valentine's dinner

   Great service - very kind and helpful. We had 8 of us for an afternoon tea and everything from first calling to enquire to booking was nice. The decor is great and the food was good quality so also value for money. Nice DJ - good mix of people there. Really enjoyed it

   We did cover off our concerns with the manageress after our meal on Friday night. V poor service - twice having to leave the table to fetch a waiter, wine not topped up, orders mistaken, ignored on arrival, sat by constantly opening door to outside, lamp fringe in eyes (really) the list goes on! (Literally) On the upside- lovely space and could be a very buzzy and upbeat addition to the neighbourhood. At the moment The Ivy and Bingham will have our business.

    Disappointed after all the advertising. Service and food not up to expected standard unfortunately. The area we sat in had problems with the aircon too so we were uncomfortable whilst eating and management couldn’t resolve the issue. If these problems could be dealt with this restaurant could create a great dining experience.
