   We sat on the porch which was perfect because we were basically outside but not in the sun or the wind. Two of us had the lamb chops which were delicious. They were served with roasted carrots and asparagus which were perfectly done. I would recommend this restaurant

   I have 50 years in food service, including owning my own restaurant. I have to say the new team in the kitchen has brought a new and exciting menu. Many of these dishes can be found in other restaurants but the quality, preparation, and flavor profiles were on point. The location being right on the river makes for a fantastic view. If your just visiting Wilmington, or live here, plan on making this one of your stops.

   Service was awful. I ordered a salad and entree and after an hour wait for dinner I got a salad with some scallops on it instead of my entree I didn’t want to wait another 1/2 hour so I took it. They never offered to do anything about the mistake. Won’t be going back won’t recommend it either

   We haven’t been to this location in a while and wanted to try it out since there is new management. We went for my mom’s birthday and were very disappointed. Our server was very okay, not super friendly and not overly attentive. When we told her about some issues with the food she was unfazed and didn’t make any sort of apology. Two of our 5 brunch dishes had poached eggs and they were severely overcooked, so much so that they were like hard boiled eggs. The view was great, the rest was very subpar. We won’t be back anytime soon…

   Our service was awesome- food and drinks very good. The cucumber drink was not of my personal liking and the scallops were a little well done. But we very much enjoyed the evening

   We celebrated at River 128 on the Riverwalk! Calamari, Lobster Ravioli for my wife and Black Sea Bass for me and Crème Brûlée to top of off the evening! Drinks were great and our server Ivory helped us understand the menu as it was our first time here since new management took over!
