Welcome to the Goldcroft pub, situated in the wonderful village of Caerleon, that sits on the banks of the River Usk. We have an extensive food menu and we serve 7 days a week. We are dog friendly and have a wonderful sun trap beer garden for you to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you.

Food was good. Six nations super weekend Zero atmosphere, refused to put volume on the match. Freezing cold everyone sat in coats.... Lots of empty tables as all reserved for hours in advance... Very unlightly to return which is a shame as was always a great pub with amazing atmosphere....not any more....left after 40mins

I would have given 5 stars but my food was cold and had to be warmed up but when it came back it was delicious. The servings are huge so I couldn’t eat it all. Will definitely go again was busy but still the staff were lovely

Lovely pub serving well cooked food from a varied menu. Staff are friendly and professional and it’s got a lovely atmosphere.

A lot of food choice on the menu plus specials. Food was lovely. Quick service but not rushed. Very reasonably priced. Nice and busy. Will definitely recommend and return.

first ime here and found the food excellent and lots of choice - service was not rushed but slightly lax on bringing main when starter dishes hadnt been removed previously - but not a huge issue. Disappointed that red wine was coming to the table 'cold' and not room temp but apologies were given at the time and hopefully noted for future diners Good vibe, very popluar and clean and definitely would recommend, and visit again.

Fantastic looking pub/ restaurant. loved the interior. lovely food selection. i’m not a lover of Thai curry but that was the only choice for curry. I had the beef shin and garlic mash beautiful. just the mash was quite salty. didn’t spoil the meal though. Definitely going back. pleasant staff. Only snag on a lovely place is lack of parking. Just pot luck if you manage to find one near. But don’t let that put you off trying this fab place.

Excellent meal, lunchtime special very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a visit.

Always use the gold croft for our family get togethers, never had an issues with anything, service always excellent and the food is beautiful, if I had to be a picky I would say the dessert portions are smaller than before
