    The food was decent and the ambience was nice. Service was however under par, there was no one at the front when we were looking to order and basically waited 5 minutes but other than that the food came out quick after ordering and taste was good too.

    The best indian restaurant in CBD , me and my husband everytime we craving indian food i always go here , never go to another restaurant. The grand palace food taste is 10/10 nothing can beat them , al food is thick and delicious , and for the service also 10/10 , i love everything here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

    in future please make sure that the toilets are looked after at various times. We had a problem when we were there on the 10th. Those who went to the Ladies toilet found it very very dirty.

    The food was flavoursome and plentiful. The lamb madras melted in your mouth and the onion bhaji is a large portion. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended. Will definitely return.

    It took me ages to get a staff members attention and when I did tell them we would like to order. she was going to come back to take our orders and never came. A completely different person came after 1 hour of waiting. It's very disappointing especially when the food was delicious.
