   Overall food was excellent. My one issue would be the rib eye steak was great but the sauce it was topped with was way too salty. The prices are high for the location.

   Hostess was extremely rude as was barkeep. Sat at bar and were advised we only had 90 minutes from time of reservation when we finished eating. Asked us to leave prior to alleged time allotment. When questioned about this alleged policy the hostess became irate and belligerent. She even advised she would call the police if we didn’t leave the BAR. Not like someone was waiting for a table which there were a few empty. DONT go there. Way overpriced mediocre limited menu and food choice. The hostess should be fired for the way she treated customers. She must be related to the owner.

   Service, food and drinks were outstanding. Small and intimate tavern. Street parking, had to park a block over. Small menu but everything we ordered was worth having again and the one dessert option was incredible, sweet and salty banana bread. Must make reservation. Will definitely be back.

    We have been coming to the Grand Tavern since it opened and it never gets old. The menu is always changing with the seasons so there is always something fresh and new to try. This time we went for my wife's birthday. We had the crab cake and rigitoni to start, crab cake was so fresh and the pasta were cooked to perfection. Then we had the burger and scallops for dinner. Scallops seared nicely and the burger's at the grand never disapoints, fries are the best. Thank you Grand Tavern for another great experience! See you soon
