We booked an inside table but were asked if we could be seated on the patio when we arrived. We agreed. Food was phenomenal. Overall drinks were good, although I ordered the SS Flamingo and while it came in a cool mug, it was mostly ice. Service was not great. Over the course of 50 min our server came to us three times. The table next to us and across from us saw her 5-8 times in that time frame. During a 25 min stretch (30 min since our first round of drinks were delivered) one of us eventually went up to the bar to order another round of drinks. Not sure if that type of service was a one-off thing or the norm.

Food was super spicy. If your sensitive to spice I don't recommend eating here. Such a shame cause it was yummy but burned my mouth and torn up my stomach. Not to mentioned expensive for small amount of food. Drinks were good, atmosphere was awesome.

Great tiki cocktails and delicious food. Loved the fun ambience and especially the music! Service was excellent too - a great place!

Out of all the speakeasy’s I’ve been to this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had, checked in 15 early for my reservation, just for us to wait an additional 15mins passed the reservation time to get seated. On top of that we waited another 20mins for our waitress to even take our order after being seated. When we finally got assisted and got our order, the food was mediocre at best, I got the korean bulgogi burrito and it was not what you expect a bulgogi beef burrito to taste like, it literally just tasted like some spicy beef with some white rice inside a tortilla. When we were looking to order a second round of drinks as is pretty standard with speakeasies, our waitress was never there to help us however she was there to help the table next to us, and even when we would try to get her attention after she was done helping the other table she didn’t even take a glance on our table which was less than a ft from the other people. Even just to pay it took an additional 20-30mins for us to get checked out. 10/10 would NOT recommend, instead visit the neighboring speakeasy “Captain’s Quarters” I’ve been there twice and the food and service has always been excellent.

We went to the grass skirt for happy hour and dinner. Great ambiance and good vibe. Prices reasonable, happy hour half off drinks. Fun place to go. There was a pirate group there adding to the fun.

Such a fun experience! Just finding the front door is a challenge, and adds to the speakeasy style. Once inside the atmosphere was full of funky island themes and made for a great night out with friends.

We just had drinks but no food. Bingo night is always fun. Drinks were excellent as always. We already made reservations for the next night since it always filled up.
