The Green Flash is an iconic waterfront dining establishment in Captiva, Florida. Come by boat or car, sit indoors or at one of our outdoor dockside tables for lunch or dinner service. The Green Flash serves traditional American fare with a distinct European influence. The kitchen uses only fresh ingredients, including market-fresh fish in all its from scratch dishes. The full bar provides plenty of drink options and the dining rooms and patios provide beautiful views of the water while you eat. Enjoy your meal as you watch the many pleasure and fishing boats depart and return from their excursions!

The Green Flash's menu begins with a range of starters like oysters on the half shell, smoked salmon, hot flash shrimp and mussels. There are plenty of salads and soups on The Green Flash menu as well, like the grilled chicken Caesar. Larger dishes include chicken porcini and pan seared diver scallops.

We ate outside under the tiki hut and asked for candles . It was so wonderful! Our waiter , Andreas was so accommodating and sweet. Perfect night

Some.of the best calamari I've ever had. Each item we order was delicious. The server was great and didn’t rush us. The views were beautiful. Well worth the drive

Our group of seven enjoyed a fabulous meal & service! Dietary restrictions were accommodated well, and Craig was an absolutely fantastic waiter! We can't wait to return!

Exceptional food, service and ambiance ( we always sit outside with beautiful view of Pine Island Sound- even on 12/21/2024 when it was 55, but the heaters kept us toasty). This is top restaurant hands down.
