The Hacienda Del Sol est l’un des meilleurs restaurants d’Arizona, situé dans un cadre magnifique, au pied de la Tucson’s Catalina. Depuis la salle à manger du grill, vous pourrez admirer une vue incroyable sur les montagnes environnantes ainsi que sur la ville. Le personnel saura vous accueillir chaleureusement, avec l’esprit très hospitalier du sud. Vous testerez des plats élaborés à partir d’ingrédients issus du propre potager biologique de l’établissement, ainsi que de la petite production locale. La carte des vins du Grill contient une sélection de plus de 850 vins. Elle a été récompensée à deux reprises par le Wine Enthusiast Magazine, ainsi que par le Wine Spectator durant 16 années consécutives. Le restaurant est équipé d’une charmante terrasse ouverte qui fait office de bar, ainsi que d’une autre donnant sur le jardin, à laquelle est rattaché un petit salon où vous pourrez profiter d’une ambiance très décontractée. Chaque jeudi soir, venez profiter d’une musique jazz en live.Les vendredis et samedis soir sont quant à eux réservés à la musique country, au jazz version latino, ainsi qu’au rock classique. Oversalted. Overpriced. Underwhelmed. Servers very friendly but not trained to wait rather than interrupt conversations at the table. Several entrees dry and way too salty. Dry salad and over cooked veges. Not so great pianist pounded away on the piano in a tiled environment which made the rooms very "live." This is a wonderful resort with delightful amenities and staff, but the Grille could (and should) do better.

Wonderful and not to be missed dining experience in Tucson. Stunning sunset views, spectacular service from Angelo, fantastic wine list and superb food. We will be back!

I had a lovely birthday dinner. Excellent service and views. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion. The scallop and lobster risotto was phenomenal!

Our first time at this restaurant and can't wait to go back! First, we stopped at the bar and loved the bartenders who were very warm and friendly, and very experienced in their drink menu. Dinner was wonderful, and our server Laura, was sweet and very attentive. Thanks Rock for stopping by the table and checking on us and our meal. We will most definitely return for the amazing food and spectacular views!

Although the food was quite good, the service was inconsistent at best. They seemed to be understaffed for the volume of customers they were trying to serve.

What a beautiful hotel and restaurant. Definitely has that old world charm and the sense of history. There were five of us and three had the ribeye special, one had the filet mignon and I had the Durac Pork Tomahawk. I was the only one not happy with the meal. The server said the chef recommended the pork be cooked medium and I agree. Unfortunately, it came out well done and bone dry which was helped by a very good bordelaise sauce. Of course they offered to redo it, but I declined. In retrospect, I should have had it redone because the flavor of the pork was very good. The desserts were outstanding. We had the Baked Arizona, Almond Mariposa and both cardamom ice cream and pomegranate sorbet which we shared. All three were excellent. The service was excellent and Laura, our server, did an excellent job and had an excellent knowledge of the menu and the wine list off the top of her head which shows very good training as well as her excellent talents. I can whole heartedly recommend this restaurant and would definitely dine here again.

The Grill is a special place in the city which is more known for casual dining experiences. While not being too formal, it is a spectacular setting from the entrance through the desert manicured courtyard to the dining room with magnificant views of the Catalina's and surrounding areas. The service is friendly and extremely competent with about 5 different individuals supporting your wait person. All of this provides a perfect setting for their impressive menu and really great food. I couldn't have been more impressed.

The resort is beautiful. Be sure to arrive early to stroll about the property. Our waiter Angelo was helpful, kind and personable. We had a lovely evening with a beautiful sunset.
