   What a beautiful hotel and restaurant. Definitely has that old world charm and the sense of history. There were five of us and three had the ribeye special, one had the filet mignon and I had the Durac Pork Tomahawk. I was the only one not happy with the meal. The server said the chef recommended the pork be cooked medium and I agree. Unfortunately, it came out well done and bone dry which was helped by a very good bordelaise sauce. Of course they offered to redo it, but I declined. In retrospect, I should have had it redone because the flavor of the pork was very good. The desserts were outstanding. We had the Baked Arizona, Almond Mariposa and both cardamom ice cream and pomegranate sorbet which we shared. All three were excellent. The service was excellent and Laura, our server, did an excellent job and had an excellent knowledge of the menu and the wine list off the top of her head which shows very good training as well as her excellent talents. I can whole heartedly recommend this restaurant and would definitely dine here again.

   The Grill is a special place in the city which is more known for casual dining experiences. While not being too formal, it is a spectacular setting from the entrance through the desert manicured courtyard to the dining room with magnificant views of the Catalina's and surrounding areas. The service is friendly and extremely competent with about 5 different individuals supporting your wait person. All of this provides a perfect setting for their impressive menu and really great food. I couldn't have been more impressed.

   The resort is beautiful. Be sure to arrive early to stroll about the property. Our waiter Angelo was helpful, kind and personable. We had a lovely evening with a beautiful sunset.

   This authentic Tucson hacienda resort houses a magnificent special occasion restaurant. House salad was delicious with smoked pork belly and a subtle but snappy dressing. Unfortunately they were out of the Pork Chop Tomahawk, but the Lamb Shank was stunning. Rich and succulent, falling off the bone. Mashed potatoes sopped up the rich sauce. Service was excellent, I would have appreciated a 5-6 ounce wine pour, instead of 4 oz-5oz. We were celebrating a birthday and they provided a couple decadent brownies on the house.

   Arrived 10 minutes before reservation time and got seated 20 minutes after reservation time. Waiter took 10 minutes to get us water. Waiter didn’t offer us complimentary item like other patrons.

   We dined here for an anniversary dinner and loved the experience. The ambiance was great and we were right in time to get a beautiful view of the sunset. The staff was all very friendly and acknowledged our anniversary. The food was all great - jumbo shrimp flight, short rib, Louisiana red fish (special for the night) and apple cheesecake. Overall definitely a 5/5 experience that I would recommend to anyone celebrating a special occasion.

   We used to go to Hacienda frequently but just after COVID we found it lacking in the quality of the food and the service. We are pleased to say that they are definitely back! The food and the service were excellent. We will return!

    Staff was very attentive; service and response to requests was excellent. Food was wonderful, with interesting choices for different tastes. View was incredible. Once room filled with diners the noise level was pretty high, taking away a little of the ambiance and making it difficult to hear conversation at the table. Space between tables was good, so you don't feel crammed into the space.
