First visit. From the minute we got there, the service and follow up from the entire staff was impeccable. It's a beautiful restaurant, nice live piano music. Scallop appetizer was awesome, followed by a split wedge salad. We both had Delmonico steaks that were cooked a perfect medium. Lobster Mac & Cheese was one of the best we have had. Finished with an Oreo Souffle' which was outstading. All along our meal Scott our waiter was very informative, attentive and provided a great overview of the menu and the history of the restaurant. This place has quickly turned into one of our favorites.

This is THE premier dining experience in Naples. Naples has had a sophisticated culinary scene for many years and, year after year, there is no finer place to dine than The Grill. The service is impeccable and discreet. Scott, our Guide, was the essence of friendly, sincere service. Perfect The wine list is perfectly curated, not one of those " Websters Dictionary" type wine lists that you can barely lift, much less search.

Our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Foie gras, the oysters, the scallops, the Lamb, the NY Strip, the Grand Marnier Souffle, the Chocolate Souffle, the wine, the service (Amanda), the ambiance in the restaurant, but also amazing was the hotel, holiday decorations, gingerbread house display, all at a very high level.

It was a perfect evening. Our waiter was attentive and the food was delicious. The Ritz never disappoints. Hotel was very festive and decorated for the holidays. We go to The Grill room every year and it's a treat during the holidays.

Wonderful staff in beautiful room. Food was outstanding. Crab claws, a tomato and strawberry salad, and king crab gnocchi. Wow!

Truly the best restaurant in Naples, I don’t know why we go anyplace else . It’s not that much more expensive than 5th/3rd Avenues places but the service and food can’t compare . They make Birthday’a special . Since they let the meats rest before serving they may not be as hot as you like , so mention this to staff if you want it warmer.
