Our menus are passionately crafted and change with the seasons. We offer Bar Services and staffing, Service staff, Sous Chefs and event planners that can work with you to plan a memorable event. Our Catering team can be contracted for off-site events with enough notice or at least two months in advance. The GRILLE's Private Events can be hosted in any of our event spaces: -South Dining Room for an intimate and elegant setting for up t0 40 guests. This lovely room features a fireplace and views of the Monument and golf course. -Monument Banquet Room: With exposed beams and warm decor can accommodate up to 70 guests. -Green Mountain Banquet Room: With spectacular views of the Green mountains and the golf course, this is the perfect setting for your wedding and large celebration. Elegant set up with private bar and access to out renovated Patio, this room can fit up to 200 guests.
