Meh!!!! It was super cold but they were incredibly kind by bringing out a heater to keep us warm. The food for me was errrrr nah! I got the snapper and I don’t mind food taking a while to come out but it better be delicious. It was soooo dry though it looked wet which doesn’t make sense (I got the brown stew…) with zero flavour. I almost cried. ;( The servers were lovely though. Presentation was good.

if you don’t mind waiting an hour for your food, then come here to be honest. The food was great but to wait an hour for an entrée is insane. And on top of that being charged a 20% service fee on top of taxes, the food was good, but I won’t be back at this establishment.

Dinner with the family and The Grotto BK did not disappoint! We started with drinks and then the ackee tostones along with the Octail spring rolls were delicious. And then we moved to the main event of dinner which brought on Oxtails with rice and peas with fried plantain, crab stuff shrimp, steam veg and fried plantain and a rather tasty baked Mac and cheese with oxtails..... Yes we love oxtails very much. All in all we loved the entire experience and the service was amazing.

Our waitress was wonderful we were seated immediately and our appetizers came out in a timely manner and were great we ordered the mussels and the ackee toastones our main meal was jerk chicken and the red snapper which was also very delicious

It was the best birthday dinner. I felt right at home. The taste in every bite was everything I expected and wanted.

The appetizers came out 20 minutes after the entree’s. Were we almost finished with our entree’s so I cancelled the appetizers. However they were brought out anyway and we were still charged. Perhaps this was a mixup because we had 3 different services. It was like team serving. The oxtails and jerk pork were tough. Needless to say I will not be going back. #foodie

Decided to come for Brunch since i heard so much soo much good reviews on this restaurant. Upon arrival we were told they are alittle behind but not to bad. So we chose to sit and enjoy our bottomless mimosa and convo. Ordered appetizers to only wait 1 hour and a half for them to tell me there was nomore bake for the ackee and saltfish. Mind you Other Tables that arrived after us got food and appetizer before us and they had a bigger party. They messed up my Boyfriend wings and gave him jerk and he didnt request jerk. I ordered Curry shrimp with rice and peas the shrimp had no flavor it was very bland. They give 4 pieces of shrimp for 25 😩 which was crazy to me. My Boyfriend jerk lamb chops was good. The presentation of the food was just not what ppl talk about and post all over social media platforms. Not sure if ill be returning to give them another chance they left a bad taste in my mouth.
