If you choose to eat on the rooftop, you will not get the full menu for the restaurant. And you have to order the food yourself using the QR code and the waiter only comes by if you put up your a little sign saying you need help it’s very strange set up and not service oriented. The food was OK you pay for the ambience

Reduced menu from what's available downstairs, and my beer was about red wine temperature. They did fine a container where I 'ice bathed" the bottle and got it to a drinkable temp.

Such a great time with my girls on the rooftop patio. Friendly staff, easy to order and super quick service!

While the food itself was pretty good, the outdoor rooftop setting quite nice, too, my big gripe with this restaurant was the requirement that patrons order and pay for their food on their smart phones! While often these days restaurants arm the waiters/waitresses with I-Pads or other such devices to take orders and process payments, that technology has, to date, been managed by the wait staff. Here, the staff did virtually nothing except bring the food for which we, ourselves, put in the order. My husband and I were put off by this very impersonal system, not to mention the difficulty it presented to us as technology-challenged "seniors." I did manage to complete the process of ordering and & then paying with "Apple Pay" (something I've never used before) - but it was NOT a pleasant experience. As we left, I queried the hostess as to what happens if a guest does not have a smart phone. She was at a loss - literally shrugged her shoulders and then made the non-sensical response that one can use an Android phone in lieu of an IPhone (which, of course, is also a smart phone) . . . she probably did not even know what a flip phone is, the type of phone my husband still uses. The manager, hearing that response, did walk over at that point and clarified that, in the event a patron lacked a smart phone, the staff did have an Ipad as an alternative for ordering/paying . . . . she didn't make clear whether the restaurant personnel would do the entries in, or if the guest was still expected to do all the work of ordering on the borrowed device. We were also told that cash is not accepted. I can understand that a business might PREFER that the customers use their new system - but it rankles that the restaurant virtually guarantees that older people, less familiar with the new technology, will avoid dining in their establishment, no matter how pretty the rooftop deck or how tasty the food. Last time I checked, cash was still legal tender!

We had a phenomenal experience; staff was great and food and drinks were excellent!

We were on the rooftop. It’s changed into an order on am app model and then someone delivers your food and drinks. Service was spotty-either super fast or never coming. I love the atmosphere of the rooftop-beautiful setting, comfortable seating, good music. The Tuna tartare was not great and it’s usually our favorite. Bang bang chicken, fries were really good.

Very nice outside but service isn’t great smell drinks aren’t as good compared to in the restaurant below.

Loved the roof top, but didn’t realize it was a different menu and limited drinks so was bummed about that.

It is a beautiful space and we loved eating outside. The food was delicious. The waiter brought us water and told us to order online. Someone else brought us our food and we never saw the waiter again. We were even told to pay online. We personally like a little more interaction from a waiter.
