   wow. what an amazing dinner. The cocktails were perfection. the food was insanely good. we ordered the fish and chips, the skirt stake and the ahí tuna. Everyone’s dish was cooked to perfection and so tasty! I was expecting for my fried fish to be greasy and kind of ok it it blew me away. The batter was light and crispy and the fish perfectly flakey. not greasy or heavy at all. we topped it off with the donut holes. perect little fluffy bites of dough with creamy ice cream. one of the best meals i’ve had in a long time.

   While the food at this location in Orlando was superb, excellent really, the service from our waiter and management was subpar. Both my wife and I had errors in our order. I was served something completely different from what I ordered while my wife had specifically ordered the dressing on her Caesar salad to be on the side, it came slathered in dressing. While these errors seemed completely fixable, they weren't fixed because our waiter completely ghosted us. When he finally came around to check it was so late that we just started eating what we were served because we were hungry. When he asked if everything is all-right he didn't stick around long enough for us to formulate an answer, then he disappeared again. We never saw any service staff again until long after the meal. At this point someone randomly walked up and asked if everything went well. We assume he must have been a manager. We started by telling him that we had been waiting for a check, at this he acted indignant, this response truly surprised us. After some time he returned with the check and was clearly impatient to get away from our table. My wife and I were so confused by his demeanor that we just chose to pay and leave.

   If it weren't for Lana our server I would never go back. I had a reservation for a brunch as I was celebrating my birthday. The host was not friendly and was very timid to even ask us how we were doing, and she did not even mention the birthday. I had my service animal in my carrier with vest and she proceeded to say, "You have to sit outside because you have a dog". I explained that she was a service animal, and the manager comes shortly after questioning what service it provides which I responded, but he gave me a look of disgust and said "Okay". That initial impression gave me a sour taste, but I did not want it to ruin my experience. Lana our server was phenomenal and went above and beyond taking great care of us. I did not even mention what had happened prior because I did not want to talk about it. Overall, I would return but as a business manager in the hospitality industry I would handle a different approach when handling someone with a service animal. There is no reason to question what disability you have. I understand others may abuse this but at no time was my service animal disruptive. The manager was very standoffish, and this could have been further escalated.

   The service and the management was absolutely over the top. This is our second time there at the one in Orlando really really enjoyed it.

   Food was excellent, our server was a bit snobby and rushed. It was very loud due to music from restaurants nearby. The table outside was weirdly positioned and my legs were bumping against the table. The bill included 18% gratuity (it was just me and my daughter, not a big party), and we felt pressured to leave extra tip.

   The ambiance was charming and the food was good. Some options we requested were not available such as lactose-free milk for our coffee. The service didn’t meet our expectations: our waiter was simply inattentive. For the price, we had higher expectations.

    Atmosphere is good. Beautiful space. Drinks are fun. Tasteful menu. However, the actual food is disappointing. It's bland, boring and not cooked well. Bummer, because the restaurant is adorable, servers were great & the menu looks awesome.
