Cory, Tammy and Katie are great. We have had Katie serve us several times and she is very friendly and efficient. Your fries are the best ever. Crispy and thin, just great.

For years, we have loved coming here for the lobster rolls and great service! Our server was lovely and attentive. Though we did notice an additional service charge to “accommodate price fluctuations of meals.” This charge felt like another hidden fee, added at the last second to our bill. Additional fees like these are becoming more common post pandemic, even though the industry is completely back to normal. I am exhausted with businesses nickel and diming us, on top of requesting 25% tip. While I love the food and service here, I am unsure I would return to an establishment that continues these practices.

As for the surcharge, there is an explanation which has to do with the large fluctuations in the price of commodities and our inability to often print new menus to change our prices to reflect that. That being said, I understand your frustration and it is my policy to happily remove this surcharge upon request. If you are ever feeling nickel and dimed here, please ask for me personally, I will do everything in my power to ensure you leave our front doors feeling impressed and that your time spent here was a good value for the experience received. I always love the food and cocktails. The noise level is always too high to have a conversation however.

I recently found out they use EVAN WILLIAMS BOURBON IN THEIR 18$ Honey Cove premier drink. This is ridiculous! $18 and you use the lowest-tier quality bourbon out there. This is unacceptable!

My daughter and her 7 friends celebrated her 16th birthday dinner on their own. She said their server was amazing! She did not remember her server’s name but said she was so attentive and was great! She made my daughter’s birthday dinner special. The food was excellent and atmosphere was great! Everyone had a lovely time! Thank you Hampton Social for a wonderful celebration!

Katie, our server, was GREAT!!! She referenced the special occasion note we put on the reservation and went a step above to ensure we were well taken care of all night. Ask for Katie at South Barrington location.

Came here for a birthday, but nothing was done for the birthday at all. We love coming here, but will probably not be coming back to celebrate a birthday.

Aaron, Thank you so much for taking a moment and leaving me this feedback. It's an honor when our guests choose to celebrate a birthday with us, I know how many options you have to choose from. Typically when we hear of a celebration we bring out a toast with a candle of either our signature frozen rosè, Frosè, or non alcoholic sparkling rosè. That we missed this when you celebrated with us is unacceptable. I can't retroactively go back and fix this, and for that I am sorry, but I would like to make it up to you by offering you a $100 gift card. Hopefully this can also entice you to return.
