Poor service. Took 30 minutes to take order then another 45 minutes for food to arrive then not correct. We were only people eating so not busy. Menu not suited to vegetarians but was online. Food needed salt to make it more edible. Would not recommend

We visited on a midweek night and it was extremely quiet, although this did not take away from the experience, a couple of items were unavailable on the menu but this did not distract from an enjoyable evening.. Sam (manager) was an extremely pleasant host and was attentive with and

After leaving it last minute to book somewhere in Chester took a chance on the Handbridge as it was only a short walk out of the main City Centre. On first entering the place was very quiet but have to say that the food and Services were both excellent and its a shame there wasn't more of an atmosphere. I'm sure given the food quality outside of a january evening early on perhaps there would be more life.

Excellent service and food. We now class the Handbridge as our local. We have never had a bad experience. The staff are all so friendly and make the place a great place to go to.

This was the first time we had tried The Handbridge for a long time, we were not disappointed. Although very quiet on the night in question, we had a fantastic meal and the service was excellent. We will be back with family on the 10th!!

We meet with work friends at the Handbridge, the atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly also very good value for money. I will go back again soon!
